Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Exception to a Condition

Hello,

I was convicted of Interfering with Child Custoday, reduced from Lewd & Lascivious battery about a year and a half ago. I got put on 3 years of probation with a special condition of No Contact with Females under 16 years old.

When I first got on it, I was living with my parents and my sister was only 15, the same day I was sent to probation, she told me to go back to court to get her added as an exception.

I am now engaged and wanting to move with my fiance, but my fiance has a 6 month old daughter, in which the father left and signed over no rights to him. I am wondering if they will include her as a violation to that condition if I did live with her, and if so, can I talk to my old Public Defender, or even the DA about adding her as an exception.

It was very simple to add my sister, only took a matter of 10 minutes to go back in the court room and add it to the docket. Is this all possible without going for a lawyer?
