Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

As the executor of my mother's estate in 1993, I distributed my mother's jewery and furs to the sole daughter and divided equally the remaining assets of the estate with the remaining siblilngs. My father passed away in 2003 without a probated estate. The last couple of years , its become apparent that my sister, had giving my father's diamond ring to her husband. I think my sister and him believe that no son knows about it. When he openly wears the ring, he will turn it around,so only the underbelly is exposed. Other than the immoralness of the situation, how best to pursue this legally. I strongly believe that my sister will claim that my father, gave it to him. My father has four sons, that he was very close to and its quite distressing to say the least. Please advise on legal Action

Set up a conference with a probate attorney in Florida to learn what the options are. You can fight with siblings about the distribution of your parents things, and it will create more problems. Why wasn't there a probate of your father's estate? Did you actually open a probate for your mother's estate? Being named as personal representative in a will is not enough. One must also get letters of administration in Florida to have any power to make distributions.
