Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My ex-husbands girlfriend signed our daughter up for a summer camp without our knowledge and falsified information on the application including our child's legal address, DOB, and did not include myself as the legal guardian of the child. She also falsely stated that she was the stepmom and had decision making authority if an emergency arose. Then she forged my husbands signature on the form. Can charges be filed against her.

I suppose there could be some sort of fraud, however, I doubt a prosecutor would pursue it. You may be better off talking to an attorney that handles family law to see if there is something that can be done about custody.
