Expunction of Records

Is it possible for me, a non lawyer, to file a motion to have my case expunged?

Yes, you can do it, but you must make sure that the motion is legally sufficient and contains all the proper language. If you have more than one case number which is related to the same incident, then there is other language that needs to go in too.
