How do I Expundge an arrest that the case was dropped but still shows up

Re: expundge
Prepare an FDLE Seal/Expunge application. Have it signed by the State. File with FDLE. Once you receive confirmation that your case can be expunged you file an affidavit and Petition with the Court, together with the FDLE Certificate and schedule it for hearing. That is essentially it.
