can i expunge 3 felony charges if i have no prior record?

It depends on the charges. Furthermore, you cannot expunge three records unless they are all related to the same incident and the charges were dismissed or they are related and have been sealed for more than 10 years.
You must also meet other very specific requirements.
Consult in person with a criminal defense attorney and take the case records with you to the meeting.

Depending on the charges you may be able to seal the cases if they all occurred during the same incident. 10 years after the sealing, you can then get them expunged.
