Expunge and Seal Records
Hi,
How long does it take to get a mistermeaner lewd conduct charge Expunge or Seal? Who would be able to see my record and if they do a security back ground check will this come up?

It takes several months to seal any record. You should seek professional advice as to whether a lewd conduct charge is eligible for either. If you successfully seal a record it should not come up.
