i have an agg battery charge is it possible to get it expunged from my record and if so how ? thanks

No, aggravated battery is one of the types of charges that can't be expunged.

Depends on the final disposition of your case. If your case was dismissed, you will likely qualify for a expunction assuming you have not previously had your records sealed or edpunged in the past.
