expunged
If a person is convicted of a felony charge and the prosecutor stated that he could not be expunged. How could it be taken back to court to see if this sentance could be changed?

Re: expunged
File a motion to modify sentence. However, first you'll want to make sure that the crime is one which can be expunged. Some charges (like DUI or some types of sex offenses) can't be expunged, so check that first so that you're not wasting your time.
