Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I expunged a petit theft about 10+ years ago in Florida. I got arrested and finger printed for it but never did any prison time! I applied for a city job (public sector employment) recently (maintenance worker) and have to get finger printed. Do I have to mention this expunged record? Will they see it on finger print background check?

Since it was expunged, you can legally deny it. However, be aware that they may find it anyway in this internet age.
