Expunged records
I am on probation for 12 months for domestic battery. First offense misdemeanor. After my probation is completed will I be able to get it expunged from my record?

It depends. An expungement attorney would need more information. If you were adjudicated guilty, you would not be eligible for a sealing or an expungement. If you received a withhold of adjudication, you may be eligible for a sealing. Typically, an expungement is only available when the State drops the charge or refuses to file the charge.
