expungement

i was convicted of two counts of abuse without great harm . it was adjudicated witheld. its been 4 years now.how and when can i try to get it expunged.

If you were actually "convicted" of that crime, you would nto be eligible for either an expungement or a sealing of your arrest record. However, if you did receive a "withhold of adjudication," and if you have no prior arrest record, you may be eligible to have your arrest record sealed. I would have to know more about the official charge that you pled to because I'm not sure what "abuse without great harm" is and I was formerly a prosecutor for six years. Child abuse? Animal abuse? Elderly Abuse?
