Expungement of criminal offense
I was convicted of battery in 2003 in florida.I have a prior conviction in Michigan for b&e from an automobile (felony) from 1991.Am I or when will I be eligible for expungement of either charge?

You are not eligible for expungement, nor will you be unless the law is changed.

You can only qualify for an expungement if you have 1 felony charge (and certain felonies are exempt), and NOTHING ELSE on your record. Therefore, unless the laws change, or unless the battery charge in Florida is not on your record, you do not qualify.
