Expungement of Criminal Record
Does a person still have the opportunity to expunge his/her criminal record if that person was charged with Burglary (Fla. Statute 810.02(3)), and given the opportunity to have pre-trial intervention and took it? The pre-trial intervention was successfully completed.

YES! The expungement would take care of the arrest record, and all matters relating to the charged offense. Its a great idea, and I suggest that all people who have the opportunity and the funds do it. I charge a flat fee of $500. GOOD LUCK...
