How do I get a DUI and A Battery charge expunged from my records, when I cant get a job to pay for it?

You cant expunge two cases unless it was the same arrest. You cant expunge or seal a DUI. I dont think you qualify for sealing or expungement so the fee is irrelevant.

Simply put, you cannot. Unfortunately, it does not appear that your matters will qualify for a motion to seal or expunge. Only certain types of charges can be sealed

or expunged and there cannot be a finding of guilt.
