Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
expungement in FL
How many arrests are you allowed to get expunged from your record in the state of FL? I believe you're allowed to get more than one charge expunged but how many different arrests? Say you've been arrested 2 times in the past for the same thing, each time had 1 charge but both times the charges were dropped...would you be able to get both arrests expunged?

If you have been convicted of any crime you cannot seal or expunge. Otherwise the law allows one incident to be sealed or expunged. One not two.

No. You cannot get more than one incident sealed or expunged. Please feel free to check out my website which has a whole section on sealing and expungements.
