Expungement of legal records.

I was arrested and charged with a felony drug charge about two years ago and have completed a one year probation period this coming Feburary. I would like to know how to go about getting this charge expunged from my record so that I might be able to be employed by a law enforcement agency. I have also been thinking of a military career. I have stayed out of trouble since this.

In order to get an expungement a withhold of adjudication must exist. IF you have been adjudicated then an expungement is not possible. The procedure is complex and is best handled by an attorney. Typically the appox. cost is about $750. GOOD LUCK...
