Expungement or record sealment

I have a Florida criminal record from 1980. Which should I persuit, the record sealment or the expungement?

If it resulted in any type of conviction then you're only remedy is to have the record sealed. If it was dismissed then you can seek an expungement. Feel free to call me.

A criminal record expunction is preferable to a sealing since it is more comprehensive. Having said that, it will depend upon a number of different factors to determine whether you will qualify.
