Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

Expungement Violation/False DCF Reporting

Could you please provide me with the Florida Statute that prohibits the use of expunged records to third parties?

Also, what can a person do if an ex-wife continues to call (9 years worth) of false allegations to Department of Children & Family -- allegations that are always ''unfounded''. Seminole County Sheriff's Office says that there is nothing that can be done. There has to be a law that prohibits the same individual from constantly calling in false allegations on the same person. This is very stressful for my children.

Re: Expungement Violation/False DCF Reporting

The DCF report is probably a vilation of "filing a false report" or "perjury" etc. I dont think there is a specific statute concerning the record.
