Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
expunging my guilty record
Over ten years ago I committed a felony burglary. I plead guilty. It is the only trouble i have been in and I am now trying to get it expunged, but the only options seem to be for cases with withheld adjudication or dismissal, etc. Am I stuck with this on my record permanently?
