Expunging
Do I qualify for expungement of a 3rd degree felong and VOP with a withheld adjudication through the whole process?

You should, as long as you've never been adjudicated on any other offense and never had a record sealed or expunged before. Some judges will make you have your record sealed (put into an envelope and erased from the computer) before it can be expunged (shredded). Call me if you need help.
