Expunging Son's record

Hi, Many years ago I helped my son seal part of his record. The remaining part of his record is Withheld Adjudication. Is there anything that can be done to Expunge all of his records. The charges sealed was for buying drugs by a police sting and the other was paraphenelia. It will be Ten years since he was charged.

Re: Expunging Son's record

Expunging is permitted only if the charges were dismissed or there was a nolle pros. Once sealed you cannot now expunge.

No. The law in Florida only allows one opportunity to seal or expunge a criminal record. According to your question, your son has already used his one opportunity.
