Expunging/Sealing Records
With a possession of marijuana charge, are u able to seal or expunge your record...and does it follow you nationally if u so choose to move out of the state u did the crime in?

You may be eligible to seal or expunge your possession of marijuana arrest record; however, I would need to know the result of that case (what happened in Court?).
Concerning your second question, your arrest record is compiled by the FBI and every state has access to the same database.
