Is This Extortion?
i commited a petty theft crime for $60. for a company i worked for and i work the day they fired me. my check would have been enought to cover the amount in question. now they are taking me to court for the $60. and i still didn't get my last paycheck. Am i entittled to my check? can they keep my check and make me pay back the money too?

You are entitled to your check but they can take you to court.
