extradition
if you have a warrant in another state and move to florida, can the state of florida extradite you on that warrant back to the state it's issued from?

Actually extradition is initiated by the state where the warrant was issued, but you probably want to know whether Florida will cooperate. The answer is maybe. It depends on several factors including what your are charged with in the other state and if you are charged with a crime in Florida, what you are charged with here.
