if there is a warrent for a 3rd degree felony in florida is it extriditable?

It depends. The SAO that issued the warrant may choose to not extradite. I filed warrants for years when I was an ASA and routinely would not approve extradition for third degree felonies. It may be worth it to you to retain Florida counsel to look into this for you. What County was the warrant issued from?
