If someone faces possession charges of oxycodone and diazepam and fails to complete the pre-trial intervention program in which she is placed - and also fails to appear in court for judicial review- is there a chance of getting back into pti?

It depends on the State Attorney handling the case. The PTI program is discretionary. If you had a valid reason for not appearing and for failing, it may be possible for your attorney to work something out for you.
