If you fail to appear to court for DWL and you turn yourself in on your court date will you get another bond?

In Miami it really depends on the Judge. You shouldn't just turn yourself in, rather, you should have an attorney file a motion to set aside the bench warrant. If the attorney can get it granted that will save you a few days in jail and a bond if the judge allows the bond (which the judge most likely would). I say it depends on the judge because there are easier judges to get this type of relief from than others.
