Failure to divulge a past offense
I was just handed a letter of administrative leave by my employer. The background check showed that I had a misdemeanor in the past (I pleaded no contest) but on my application I said no to any offense. Now I am being ask some explanations about my past. What should be my defense so I can save my job?
