failure to appear on speeding ticket

I have a warrant for my arrest that i did not know about, it is for a failure to appear on a speeding ticket. It is almost 3 years old? What kind of punishment will I get for my first offense of this type?

You should not rely on or take action based on this communication without first presenting ALL relevant details to a competent attorney in your jurisdiction and then receiving the attorney's individualized advice for you. If you retain a knowledgable attorney, it may be able to be worked out amicably with the court by payment of court costs and a fine. If you ignore it and you end up getting arrested at some time in the future, it could be far worse.
