Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

False accusations

A friend is sitting in prison due to his daughter claiming she was molested by her father, now she says it is not true and wants to come forward, but is scared , she is scared that she may be put in jail or that the state will take her baby, she was 14 and living in florida when she made these claims, now she is 18 and living in indiana..Will she be arrested or will her child be taken from her???

There is no guarantee of what will happen. Filing a false police report is a criminal offense and could be prosecuted by the State. If she lied and falsely accused her father, she should do the right thing and come clean and help get him vindicated.
