How do I have someone Prosecuted for Defirmation of Charactor?

Defamation is a tort not a criminal statute. You would have to sue them in civil court.

You cannot "have" someone prosecuted for Defamation of Character, since it is not a crime and the State Attorney would not take the case. What you would need to do is to sue the person in a civil court for damages, where if you were successful, you would receive money as compensation for your lost reputation.
