Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

false arrest

I believe the sherriffs department restrained my freedom to walk away and police actions were not reasonable.

They were conducting a search warrant on a barbershop were my brother in-law works at, I went to pick him up for work so I parked my car & waited for him when a police officer approched me and asked me to step out of the vehicle, wich I did. She asked me to empty my pockets & I asked why she say she had a warrant for the business so she had the legal right to search me. So she handcuffed me and search me with my kids inside my car & nobody in care for them she asked me to come inside the business and conducted another search on me & told me I was been arrested for interfering, after begging her to asked someone to care for my kids in my car she refused and said she was calling DCF so they could picked them up. After 38 minutes she released me, Was it legal what she did?

Re: false arrest

Based upon the limited amount of information you have related, I don't think this was lawful. However, seemingly minor details can make a big difference.
