Can you tell me what false imprisonment is and how it holds in court? Does the victim have to be 100% locked in room or building for F.I. to be totally substantial in court?

IN ORDER TO PROVE FALSE IMPRISONMENT IN FLORIDA THE PROSECUTOR HAS TO PROVE THE FOLLOWING 2 ELEMENTS:

1. THE DEFENDANT FORCIBLY/SECRETLY/BY THREAT CONFINED/ABDUCTED/IMPRISONED/RESTRAINED THE VICTIM AGAINST HIS/HER WILL.

2. DEFENDANT HAD NO LAWFUL AUTHORITY TO DO SO.
