Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

False Police report/DV arrest

I was arrested in November 08 for an alleged DV charge where my spouse claimed I slapped her on the face resulting in a scratch being left on the side of her face. This incident steemed from me having an affair. It was like a retaliation thing. We are in counseling now and things are doing well. She knows she made a mistake although what I did wasnt any better by having an affair. I do not want to see her lose her job in law enforcement or go to jail. Any ideas on how she would be able to let someone know that this whole incident did not occur? I am currently in the pre trail diversion program (9 months probation) As i said before I do not wish to have her locked up or arrested but I would certianly like to have this probation removed and the charge off my record. What step do we need to take to start this process? and what can we do to ensure that she not be arrested and locked up? Any advice u can give would be greatly appreciated. This incident happened in Florida, Santa Rosa County-

Re: False Police report/DV arrest

Either she committed a crime or your did. There isn't any way to accomplish what you want and guarantee she won't get in trouble.
