Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
False report made on me
A false injunction has been filed on me. I signed for it on a Friday and on Saturday at 11pm I was arrested at home for a false police report of violation of injunction. The report shows 7:08pm was the time i was supposely across town but i was in Walmart at that time. The film at W-mart should show that and I was with someone all day. Also they said I was in a white toyota. My car didn't leave my driveway till Mon. My neighbors have made statements. Plz help.

You can't be arrested for an injunction. Maybe you mean a report of violating an injunction or a charge of domestic violence.
At any rate, you need a good lawyer right away who can get you the Wal-Mart tape (they don't keep those tapes for long), file your notice of alibi, and maybe lock your neighbors into sworn statements.
