Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
False statment
the judge was not present and the state att requested that I sign the document in stead of appearring infront of the judge. is there anything/cluase in the proccedings not seeing the judge and persueded to sign the document.

There is no rule about a judge being present for the signing of any document. However you cannot be forced or coerced into signing a document.
