Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I was falsely arrested and charges dropped. I had to pay 750.00 to a bondsman to get out. Can I get my money back not from the bondsman, but from the arresting county?

You could file a civil rights claim for wrongful arrest but that is not a criminal law question. You should post your question under civil rights claims to see if you can get any additional money.
