Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

I was falsley accused of taking a pair of sunglasses from a bar. This was a claim made out of vengeance because I was in the process of filing claim against one of the "alleged witnesses."

I did not take any glasses. The bar owner when giving a statement to the police said that there were 2 witnesses, in addition to a video; but she needed to cue the video up. There was no video because I did not take anything. There is no way for them to prove that I did something that I didn't. My question is:

" What do these people framing need by law in order for their claim to be recognized as valid claim. In other words, what will the officer look for in order for him to send it to the state attorney's office.

Sincerely,

Shane Roche

They can frame you but if you have an attorney that exposes their lies, then it will be difficult for them to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you took anything. I strongly suggest you get an attorney to fight this right away.
