Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Hello, if anyone can please help my family in this matter, it will be greatly appreciated as we have NOT had justice in 19 YEARS!! So, my question is; order to request a hearing for the garnishment of wages,what is the protocol? The papers must be filed in Pinellas County, Florida.

You can't expect any attorney to answer on here with such limited information. There is a lot of "protocol" that requires extensive discussion with an attorney. Are you trying to do this yourself? Why do you think attorneys spend 7 years of schooling to learn how to handle these types of cases. In short, talk to a civil law attorney (not a criminal attorney where you had this posted) before any time limitations expire.
