Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
My father has been accused of child molestation three times in the past. Two of my sisters and his great niece. All when they were 11 years old, about 10 years apart in occurrence. It was said that there was not enough evidence. I recently got into contact with him and he has a 18 month old daughter. I believe its not a matter of if but when he will do it again. All three victims will still testify that it happened. I do not know where he lives but would like to see justice.

At this point with no prosecutor willing (or possibly unable) to go forward, then your remedy is civil only (think about the Bill Cosby situation). I suggest you talk to a civil attorney, as this is not really a criminal law question.
