Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
In federal court in the state of Fla,do I as the wife have to testify against my husband? If supponed to court or not.

Generally speaking, Federal court applies the law of the state you are in. There is a spousal privilege to avoid testifying against your husband about any conversations you have had together, but there may be exceptions. For example, if you witnessed your husband commit a crime, but there was no discussion of it between the two of you, then you may have to testify. In other words, you should talk to a lawyer.
