Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
Federal criminal case, I'm sentenced to 36 months, with a voluntary report date of Feb 10. I am going to file a 2255, for ineffective assistance of counsel.
My question is: If I file the 2255 before Feb 10, do I still report on that date? Or, does that wait until the 2255 is resolved?
Also, maybe looking for an attorney to file the 2255 for me.
Thank you.
