Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida

federal drug charges

person been arrested by feds charged with ''posession and intent to sell crack/cocaine'' currently in jail but they didn't find anything on him. prosecutors are saying that they have evidence and will bring it next wk. want to get a private attorney but they are very expensive. Should we stick to the federal public defender or get a private federal lawyer? can the prosecutor be bluffing? what are the possible outcomes besides the mandatory 10 yr minimum? thank you very much.

Re: federal drug charges

I share space with two very good, ethical private criminal lawyers in West Palm Beach. Call one of them tomorrow morning and tell them I told you to call. They will advise you and not take advantage of you when it comes to money.

Ask for Tom Gano first, if he's not in, Donnie Murrell.
