Can federal probation be reduced for good behavior?

I am on a 3 years probation. Can I reduce it. I have not done anything wrong for a year now and do not plan to.

The easy answer is YES, but... typically you need to have had an early termination agreement made with the Government prior to being able to decrease your probation time. That's the bad news, the good news is that with a persuasive motion to terminate your probation, and a good record and performance on your current probation, a Judge typically will grant early termination. It might take some legal hoop jumping but depending on your specific situation you might have a chance. GOOD LUCK....
