Can a federally convicted felon hold any professional license in the state of Florida? If, so what types of professional licenses.

In almost all circumstances, this is done on a case by case basis. I would suggest contacting the licensing board of the profession you are trying to join, they will be able to provide you with information on criteria that may or may not disqualify a person.
