Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
If you feel that you have been defrauded, how long do you have to file charges? Is there a deadline?

There is a 5 year statute of limitations. That said, if you don't contact the police as soon as it happens, the more time that goes by, the less credible you become. I suggest you contact the police immediately.
