Fellon as bartender
In FL, is it legal for a convicted fellon (sexual assult and Batt - minoru 16) who is now on probation, to be a bartender - ie. dispencse beer, wine to the public?

No, no law prevents a felon from becoming a bartender, though sometimes a condition of probation --such as in a DUI case -- will prevent it.
