Legal Question in Criminal Law in Florida
I have a feloney resisting arrest w/ violence on a state trooper, in 1989 is this automatic off my record or can I get this expunged or sealed?

It is not automatic. You can try to get it sealed or expunged, but only if you are eligible, which, among other things, means that you got it dismissed or a withhold of adjudication and you have never been convicted of ANYTHING else EVER. My website below has information on sealing and expunging.
