Does ajudication always show on a criminal background check, can it be removed?

Regardless of whether you were adjudicated guilty or adjudication was withheld, when a criminal background check is done it has a line for Disposition (how the judge resolved teh case) and it will say either Adjudicated or Withheld Adjudication.
If you received a withhold of adjudication you would be eligible to have your record sealed provided that you have never been adjudicated of any other crimes.
